बहुत समय पहले की बात है। वृंदावन धाम में श्रीकृष्ण के परम भक्त एक संत रहते थे। उनका जीवन अत्यंत सरल था। वे कभी भी बिना भगवान को भोग लगाए अन्न ग्रहण नहीं करते थे। उनके लिए संसार की हर वस्तु से बढ़कर प्रभु का प्रसाद था।
एक दिन संत अपने शिष्य के साथ किसी धार्मिक कार्य से हस्तिनापुर (वर्तमान दिल्ली क्षेत्र) गए। कार्य पूरा होने के बाद वे वापस वृंदावन लौट रहे थे। मार्ग में अचानक उनकी बैलगाड़ी टूट गई। शाम होने लगी और आसपास केवल एक छोटा-सा भोजनालय दिखाई दिया।
शिष्य ने विनम्रता से कहा, "गुरुदेव, जब तक गाड़ी ठीक होती है, आप यहीं थोड़ा विश्राम कर लें।"
भोजनालय का मालिक बड़ा श्रद्धालु था। उसने संत को पहचान लिया और तुरंत शुद्ध सात्विक भोजन बनवाया। हाथ जोड़कर बोला, "महाराज, कृपया यह भोजन स्वीकार करें।"
संत मुस्कुराए और बोले, "वत्स, मैं केवल वही अन्न ग्रहण करता हूँ जिसे पहले मेरे ठाकुर श्रीकृष्ण को भोग लगाया गया हो।"
यह सुनकर भोजनालय का मालिक बहुत दुखी हो गया। शिष्य भी सोचने लगा कि गुरुदेव सुबह से भूखे हैं, अब क्या होगा?
उसी समय जैसे स्वयं भगवान ने लीला रच दी। थोड़ी देर बाद एक रथ वहाँ आकर रुका। उसमें से एक भक्त दंपति उतरे। उनके हाथों में सुंदर बाल गोपाल की प्रतिमा थी।
उन्होंने भोजनालय के मालिक से कहा, "भैया, जल्दी से सात्विक भोजन तैयार कर दो। हमारे लड्डू गोपाल के भोग का समय हो गया है। रास्ते में विलंब हो गया, इसलिए हम समय पर घर नहीं पहुँच सके।"
भोजनालय का मालिक आश्चर्यचकित रह गया। उसने तुरंत वही भोजन भगवान गोपाल को अर्पित कराया जो संत के लिए बनाया गया था।
भोग के बाद वही प्रसाद संत के पास लाया गया। जैसे ही संत ने यह बात सुनी, उनकी आँखों से प्रेमाश्रु बहने लगे। वे दौड़कर बाल गोपाल के चरणों में दण्डवत लेट गए।
भाव-विभोर होकर बोले, "हे मेरे श्याम! जहाँ मैं तेरे बिना एक ग्रास भी नहीं खा सकता था, वहाँ तू स्वयं मेरे लिए आ गया। मैं तेरा कितना ऋणी हूँ। तू अपने भक्त की छोटी-सी भावना का भी कितना ध्यान रखता है।"
संत ने प्रसाद को अपने मस्तक से लगाया और बड़े प्रेम से ग्रहण किया। उस दिन उन्हें वह प्रसाद अमृत से भी अधिक मधुर लगा।
यह सब देखकर भोजनालय का मालिक भी रो पड़ा। उसने मन ही मन कहा, "हे बाँके बिहारी! मैं तो कभी-कभी ही तुझे याद करता हूँ, फिर भी तू अपने भक्तों की लाज रखने स्वयं चला आता है। सचमुच, तेरी करुणा का कोई अंत नहीं।"
उस दिन वहाँ उपस्थित हर व्यक्ति ने समझ लिया कि भगवान केवल मंदिरों में ही नहीं, बल्कि अपने सच्चे भक्तों की निष्काम भक्ति और अटूट विश्वास में भी निवास करते हैं।

जो भक्त सच्चे मन, श्रद्धा और विश्वास से भगवान का स्मरण करता है, उसकी रक्षा और सेवा के लिए स्वयं प्रभु कोई न कोई मार्ग बना देते हैं। उनकी लीला मनुष्य की समझ से परे है। इसलिए हर परिस्थिति में भगवान पर विश्वास बनाए रखना ही सच्ची भक्ति है।

🍁The Lord's Leela is Unparalleled🍁
It was a long time ago. A saint, a great devotee of Lord Krishna, lived in Vrindavan Dham. His life was extremely simple. He never ate food without offering it to the Lord. For him, the Lord's Prasad was more precious than anything else in the world.
One day, the saint went to Hastinapur (present-day Delhi) with his disciple on a religious errand. After completing the errand, they were returning to Vrindavan. On the way, their bullock cart suddenly broke down. It was evening, and only one small restaurant was visible nearby.
The disciple politely said, "Gurudev, please rest here for a while while the cart is repaired."
The saint smiled and said, "Son, I only eat food that has first been offered to my Lord, Lord Krishna."
Hearing this, the restaurant owner became very sad. The disciple also started wondering, "Gurudev has been hungry since morning. What will happen now?"
At that very moment, it was as if God himself performed a miracle. After a while, a chariot stopped there. A devotee couple got out of it. They held a beautiful idol of Bal Gopal in their hands.
They said to the restaurant owner, "Brother, quickly prepare some satvik food. It's time for our Laddu Gopal to eat. We were delayed on the way, so we couldn't reach home on time."
The restaurant owner was astonished. He immediately offered the same food that had been prepared for the saint to Lord Gopal.
After the offering, the same Prasad was brought to the saint. As soon as the saint heard this, tears of love started flowing from his eyes. He ran and prostrated himself at the feet of Bal Gopal.
Overwhelmed with emotion, he said, "O my Shyam! Where I couldn't eat even a morsel without you, you came to me. How indebted I am to you. You care so much for even the smallest feelings of your devotee."
The saint touched the prasad to his forehead and accepted it with great love. That day, it seemed sweeter to him than nectar.
Seeing all this, the restaurant owner also wept. He said to himself, "O Banke Bihari! I remember you only occasionally, yet you come yourself to protect the honor of your devotees. Truly, your compassion knows no bounds."
That day, everyone present understood that God resides not only in temples, but also in the selfless devotion and unwavering faith of his true devotees.
Moral:
The Lord himself creates a way to protect and serve the devotee who remembers Him with a true heart, faith, and belief. His divine play is beyond human understanding. Therefore, maintaining faith in God in every situation is true devotion.
