एक बच्चा अपने पापा के साथ पिकनिक मनाने गया। गर्मियों की छुट्टियां थीं तो सोचा क्यों ना कुछ समय प्रकृति के नजदीक शांति में गुजारा जाये। यही सोचकर उन्होंने कहीं पहाड़ों पे घूमने का प्लान बनाया। सामान पैक करके पिता और पुत्र दोनों पिकनिक के लिए निकल पड़े।
पर्वतों का नजारा बहुत ही शानदार था चारों ओर खुला आसमान और हरियाली थी। बच्चा एक छोटी पहाड़ी पर चढ़ने का प्रयास करने लगा, जैसे ही वो थोड़ा आगे चढ़ा उसका पाँव थोड़ा फिसला और एक पथ्थर से उसके पैर में हल्की सी चोट लग गयी और मुँह से तेज आवाज निकली – “आआह”
अब उसकी ये आवाज गूंज की वजह से वापस उसे सुनाई पड़ी -“आआह”, बच्चे को बड़ा आश्चर्य हुआ कि ये कौन बोला? वो फिर से जोर से बोला – “कौन है?” फिर से आवाज गूंज कर वापस आई “कौन है?” बच्चे ने उत्सुकतावश फिर चिल्लाया – “कौन हो तुम?” फिर आवाज वापस सुनाई दी – “कौन हो तुम?”
बच्चे ने अपने पिता से इसके बारे में पूछा तो पिता ने बच्चे से सर पर प्यार से हाथ फेरा और जोर से चिल्लाये – “तुम कायर हो ?” फिर से आवाज सुनाई दी – “तुम कायर हो ?” पिता ने मुस्कुरा कर फिर जोर से बोला – “तुम साहसी हो तुम विजेता हो” आवाज वापस सुनाई दी – “तुम साहसी हो तुम विजेता हो”
पिता ने बच्चे को समझाया कि ये आवाज तुम्हारी ही है जो पहाड़ो टकराकर तुमको वापस सुनाई दे रही है, यही जीवन है हम जो बोलते हैं, हम जो सोचते हैं वही हमें वापस मिलता है। इस आवाज की तरह ही हमारा भविष्य है, हमने जो आज किया वही हमको कल वापस मिलेगा। तुम दूसरों के प्रति मन में इज्जत रखोगे तो वही तुमको वापस मिलेगी।
तुम अगर मन में सोच लो कि तुम कायर हो, तुम कुछ नहीं कर सकते तो तुम वैसे ही बन जाओगे। तुम सोचोगे कि तुम विजेता हो तो तुम वैसे ही बन जाओगे।
बच्चे की समझ में अब पूरी बात आ चुकी थी, उम्मीद है आप लोगों ने भी इस कहानी से शिक्षा ली होगी।

A child went on a picnic with his father. It was summer vacation, so they thought of spending some peaceful time close to nature. With this idea, they planned a trip to the mountains. After packing their सामान, both father and son set out for the picnic.
The view of the mountains was truly breathtaking—open skies all around and lush greenery everywhere. The child began climbing a small hill. As he climbed a little higher, his foot slipped slightly, and he got a minor चोट on his leg. In pain, he shouted loudly, “Aah!”
To his surprise, he heard the same voice echo back, “Aah!”
The child was amazed and wondered who it was. He shouted again, “Who is there?”
The voice echoed back, “Who is there?”
Curious, the child yelled, “Who are you?”
Again, the voice replied, “Who are you?”
The child asked his father about it. The father gently placed his hand on the child’s head and shouted loudly, “You are a coward!”
The voice echoed back, “You are a coward!”
Then the father smiled and shouted again, “You are brave! You are a winner!”
The voice returned, “You are brave! You are a winner!”
The father explained, “This is your own voice echoing back to you after hitting the mountains. This is life. Whatever we say and whatever we think comes back to us. Just like this echo, our future reflects what we do today. If you show respect to others, you will receive respect in return.”
“If you think you are weak or incapable, you will become that. But if you believe you are strong and a winner, you will become that.”
The child understood the lesson completely. Hopefully, you have also learned something valuable from this story.
