ज्योतिषी भाग्यराज गुप्त की ओर से जया एकादशी की हार्दिक शुभकामनाएँ| 08 फरवरी को जया एकादशी, जानिए व्रत की महिमा, पूजाविधि और नियम। माघ महीने की शुक्‍ल पक्ष की एकादशी को जया एकादशी कहते हैं. इस व्रत के प्रताप से कुयोन‍ि से मुक्‍ति म‍िलती है।सनातन धर्म में एकादशी व्रत का बहुत महत्‍व है। सनातन ह‍िंदू धर्म में एकादशी व्रत का बड़ा महत्‍व होता है और साथ ही इस व्रत को करने के कुछ नियम भी होते हैं। लेकिन चाहे आप एकादशी व्रत करें या न करें, ह‍िंदू धर्म के अनुसार एकादशी पर कुछ चीजें खाना वर्जित माना जाता है। एकादशी की तिथ‍ि भगवान व‍िष्‍णु को समर्पित होती है। सनातन धर्म में एकादशी तिथि के व्रत-पूजन का सर्वाधिक महत्व बताया गया है। हिंदू पंचांग के अनुसार माघ महीने की शुक्ल पक्ष की जया एकादशी तिथि एकादशी तिथि आरंभ - 7 फरवरी, 2025 - 09:26 अपराह्न एकादशी तिथि समाप्त - 8 फरवरी, 2025 - 08:15 अपराह्न। सनातन धर्म में उदयातिथि का महत्व है इसलिए एकादशी व्रत 08 फरवरी दिन शनिवार को रखा जाएगा। ज्‍योज‍िष व वास्‍तु एक्‍सपर्ट, ज्योतिषाचार्य भाग्यराज जी बताते हैं कि एकादशी की प्रसांग‍िता है, चंद्रमा के दुष्‍प्रभाव को न‍ियंत्र‍ित करने की, आत्‍म संयम करने की. व्रत का अर्थ ही है संयम से. पूजाविधि एकादशी के दिन व्रती को प्रातः सूर्योदय से पूर्व स्न्नान कर व्रत का संकल्प लेना चाहिए। साधक को इस दिन सात्विक रहकर भगवान विष्णु की मूर्ति को शंख के जल से 'ॐ नमो भगवते वासुदेवाय' मन्त्र का उच्चारण करते हुए स्नान आदि कराकर वस्त्र,चन्दन,जनेऊ ,गंध,अक्षत, पुष्प, तिल, धूप-दीप, नैवैद्य ,ऋतुफल, पान,नारियल,आदि अर्पित करके कपूर से आरती उतारनी चाहिए। सात्विक भोजन करें एवं तामसी पदार्थों के सेवन से दूर रहें एकादशी स्वयं विष्णुप्रिया है इसलिए इस दिन जप-तप, पूजा-पाठ करने से प्राणी जगत के पालनहार श्रीहरि विष्णु का सानिध्य प्राप्त कर लेता है। एकादशी के द‍िन चावल भूलकर भी नहीं खाना चाहिए. विष्णु पुराण में इस बात का वर्णन है कि इस द‍िन चावल खाने से पुण्‍य फल नष्‍ट हो जाते हैंएकादशी के व्रत में सफेद नमक भी खाने से वर्जित माना जाता है. सफेद की | जगह इस व्रत में सेंधा नमक या व्रत का नमक खा सकते हैं। कई जगह ये भी कहा जाता है कि एकादशी के द‍िन बैगन भी नहीं खाना चाहिए।एकादशी के द‍िन क‍िसी दूसरे व्‍यक्‍ति के द्वारा द‍िया गया अन्‍य भी ग्रहण नहीं करना चाहिए।इस द‍िन मांस, मदिरा, प्‍याज, लहसुन जैसी चीजों से भी परहेज करना चाहिए. साधू व संत एकादशी के द‍िन उड़द - मसूर जैसी दालें भी नहीं खाते।व्रत रखने वाले व्यक्ति को क्रोध एवं दूसरे की बुराई करने से बचना चाहिए। किसी के बारे में कुछ भी गलत बोलना और सोचना नहीं चाहिए।व्रत रखने वालों को व्रत वाले दिन नाखून, बाल, दाढ़ी आदि नहीं काटने चाहिए एवं स्त्रियों को इस दिन बाल नहीं धोने चाहिए। जया एकादशी व्रत की महिमा: पुराणों में माघ महीना को बड़ा ही पुण्यदायी कहा गया है। इस महीने में स्नान, दान, व्रत का फल अन्य महीनों से अधिक बताया गया है। माघ महीने की शुक्ल पक्ष की एकादशी को ‘जया एकादशी’कहते हैं। यह एकादशी बहुत ही पुण्यदायी है, इस एकादशी का व्रत करने से व्यक्ति को नीच योनि से मुक्ति मिलती है। पदम् पुराण के अनुसार भगवान श्री कृष्ण ने युधिष्ठिर को एकादशी तिथि का महत्त्व बताते हुए कहा है कि जया एकादशी प्राणी के इस जन्म एवं पूर्व जन्म के समस्त पापों का नाश करने वाली उत्तम तिथि है। इतना ही नहीं, यह ब्रह्मह्त्या जैसे जघन्य पाप तथा पिशाचत्व का भी विनाश करने वाली है। शास्त्रों के अनुसार इस एकादशी का व्रत करने से प्राणी को कभी भी पिशाच या प्रेत योनि में नहीं जाना पड़ता और मृत्यु के बाद मोक्ष की प्राप्ति होती है। धार्मिक मान्यता है कि जिसने 'जया एकादशी ' का व्रत किया है उसने सब प्रकार के दान दे दिए और सम्पूर्ण यज्ञों का अनुष्ठान कर लिया । इस व्रत को करने से व्रती को अग्निष्टोम यज्ञ का फल मिलता है। यह भी मान्यता है कि जो साधक इस व्रत को पूरे श्रद्धाभाव से करता है उसे भूत-प्रेत और पिशाच योनि की यातनाएं नहीं झेलनी

In Sanatan Dharma, the fast and worship on the Ekadashi date are considered of utmost importance. According to the Hindu calendar, the Jaya Ekadashi Tithi of the Shukla Paksha of the Magha month begins on February 7, 2025, at 09:26 PM and ends on February 8, 2025, at 08:15 PM. In Sanatan Dharma, the Udaya Tithi (sunrise time) holds importance, so the Ekadashi fast will be observed on Saturday, February 8th. Jyotish and Vastu expert, astrologer Bhagyaraj Ji, explains that the relevance of Ekadashi lies in controlling the malefic effects of the Moon and practicing self-restraint; the very meaning of a fast is self-control. For the worship method, on the day of Ekadashi, the devotee should take a bath before sunrise and take a vow for the fast. The seeker should remain sattvic (pure) on this day and bathe the idol of Lord Vishnu with conch water while chanting the mantra 'Om Namo Bhagavate Vasudevaya,' and then offer clothes, sandalwood, sacred thread, fragrance, akshat (rice grains), flowers, sesame seeds, incense, lamp, Naivedya (offering of food), seasonal fruits, betel leaves, coconut, etc., and perform Aarti with camphor. One should eat sattvic food and stay away from tamasic substances. Ekadashi itself is dear to Vishnu, so by performing japa (chanting), tapa (penance), and puja-path (worship) on this day, one attains the proximity of Shri Hari Vishnu, the sustainer of the living world. One should never eat rice on the day of Ekadashi. It is described in the Vishnu Purana that eating rice on this day destroys the merit of the fast. Consuming white salt is also considered forbidden during the Ekadashi fast; instead of white salt, rock salt or vrat ka namak (fasting salt) can be eaten. In many places, it is also said that eggplant should not be eaten on the day of Ekadashi, and one should also not consume food given by another person on this day. One should also abstain from things like meat, alcohol, onion, and garlic on this day. Sadhus and saints do not even eat lentils like urad and masoor on the day of Ekadashi. A person observing the fast should avoid anger and speaking ill of others, and one should not say or think anything wrong about anyone. Those observing the fast should not cut their nails, hair, or beard on the day of the fast, and women should not wash their hair on this day. The glory of the Jaya Ekadashi fast: In the Puranas, the month of Magha is said to be very meritorious. The fruits of bathing, charity, and fasting in this month are said to be greater than in other months. The Ekadashi of the Shukla Paksha of the Magha month is called 'Jaya Ekadashi.' This Ekadashi is very meritorious; by observing this Ekadashi fast, a person attains liberation from lower births. According to Padma Purana, Lord Shri Krishna, while explaining the importance of the Ekadashi Tithi to Yudhishthira, said that Jaya Ekadashi is the best date for destroying all the sins of a creature from this and previous births. Not only this, but it also destroys heinous sins like Brahmahatya (killing of a Brahmin) and the state of being a Pishacha (evil spirit). According to the scriptures, by observing this Ekadashi fast, a creature never has to go to the Pishacha or Preta Yoni (ghostly form), and after death, one attains Moksha (liberation). It is religiously believed that whoever observes the 'Jaya Ekadashi' fast has given all kinds of charity and performed all yagnas (sacrifices). By observing this fast, the devotee gets the fruit of Agnishtoma Yagya. It is also believed that the seeker who observes this fast with complete devotion does not have to suffer the torment of ghosts, spirits, and Pishachas.
