ज्योतिषी भाग्यराज गुप्त की ओर से गुप्त नवरात्रि की हार्दिक शुभकामनाएँ| दुर्लभ योग के साथ गुप्त नवरात्रि आरंभ, जानें घटस्थापना का मुहूर्त, पूजा विधि, मंत्र Gupt Navratri 2024: हिंदू पंचांग के अनुसार, साल में कुल 4 नवरात्रि पड़ती है। जिसमें से एक चैत्र, दूसरू शारदीय नवरात्रि होती है जिसे देशभर में धूमधाम से मनाया जाता है। इसके अलावा दो और नवरात्रि पड़ती है जिन्हें गुप्त नवरात्रि कहा जाता है। ये नवरात्रि तंत्र-मंत्र करने वाले साधकों के लि जरूरी मानी जाती है। इस दौरान मां दुर्गा के नौ स्वरूपों के साथ 10 महाविद्याओं की पूजा करने का विधान है। आषाढ़ मास के शुक्ल पक्ष की तिथि के साथ गुप्त नवरात्रि आरंभ हो रही है। इस दिन घटस्थापना करने का विधान है। आइए जानते हैं गुप्त नवरात्रि का शुभ मुहूर्त, घटस्थापना का समय, पूजा विधि, मंत्र आषाढ़ गुप्त नवरात्रि 2024? (Gupt Navratri 2024 Date ) हिंदू पंचांग के अनुसार, गुप्त नवरात्रि 6 जुलाई, 2024, शनिवार से शुरू हो रही है जो 15 जुलाई, 2024, सोमवार को समाप्त होगी। इस साल तृतीया तिथि दो दिन की होगी। इस कारण गुप्त नवरात्रि पूरे 10 दिन की होगी। इसके साथ ही नवरात्रि के दौरान सर्वार्थ सिद्धि योग के अलावा त्रिपुष्कर और रवि योग भी लग रहा है। हिंदू पंचांग के अनुसार, आषाढ़ गुप्त नवरात्रि की घटस्थापना का शुभ मुहूर्त 06 जुलाई को सुबह 05 बजकर 11 मिनट से लेकर 07 बजकर 26 मिनट के बीच का है। इसके साथ ही अभिजीत मुहूर्त सुबह 11 बजे से 12 बजे तक है। गुप्त नवरात्रि पूजा विधि (Gupt Navratri 2024 Puja Vidhi ) सुबह जल्दी उठकर स्नान आदि करके साफ-सुथरे वस्त्र धारण कर लें। इसके बाद पूजा आरंभ करें। सबसे पहले एक चौकी या फिर मंदिर में लाल रंग का कपड़े बिछाकर मां दुर्गा की तस्वीर रख दें। इसके साथ ही जमीन में थोड़ी सी मिट्टी डालकर या फिर मिट्टी के बर्तन मिट्टी डालकर जौ बोल लें। इसके बाद नवमी तिथि तक रोजाना जल अर्पित करें। इसके साथ ही एक कलश स्थापना करें, जिसमें गंगाजल, जल, एक सुपारी के साथ एक सिक्का डालकर ऊपर आम के 5 पत्तों के साथ अनाज भरकर कटोरी रख दें। इसके ऊपर एक नारियल में कलावा लपेट कर रख दें। अब कलश के साथ-साथ मां दुर्गा को फूल, माला, सिंदूर, अक्षत आदि चढ़ाने के साथ भोग लगाएं। इसके बाद एक पान के पत्ते में लौंग, इलायची, बताशा और एक रूपए का सिक्का रखकर चढ़ा दें। इसके बाद घी का दीपक और धूप जलाकर मां दुर्गा चालीसा, मंत्र , सप्तशती का पाठ के बाद अंत में आरती कर लें। गुप्त नवरात्रि में होगी इन 10 महाविद्याएं की पूजा गुप्त नवरात्रि तंत्र-मंत्र की साधना के लिए उत्तम मानी जाती है। गुप्त नवरात्रि के दौरान 10 महाविद्याओं की पूजा करने का विधान है जिसमें मां काली, तारा, छिन्नमस्ता, षोडशी, भुवनेश्वरी, त्रिपुर भैरवी, धूमावती, बगलामुखी, मातंगी और कमला माता शामिल है। मां दुर्गा ध्यान मंत्र ॐ जटा जूट समायुक्तमर्धेंन्दु कृत लक्षणाम| लोचनत्रय संयुक्तां पद्मेन्दुसद्यशाननाम॥ दुर्गा मंत्र सर्वमङ्गलमाङ्गल्ये शिवे सर्वार्थसाधिके शरण्ये त्र्यम्बके गौरि नारायणि नमोऽस्तुते॥ भूल से भी ना करें यह काम– गुप्त नवरात्रि में मांस और मदिरा का बिलकुल सेवन नहीं करना चाहिए. इस दौरान प्याज और लहसून से भी दूरी बनाकर रखें, तामसिक भोजन जीवन में परेशानियां खड़ी करता है. – गुप्त नवरात्रि में जब माता की आराधना कर रहे हैं तो किसी का भी दिल नहीं दुखाना चाहिए. किसी को अपशब्द नहीं बोलने चाहिए, गुप्त नवरात्रि में इस बात का बहुत ध्यान रखें कि दिन में ना सोएं, क्योंकि ऐसा करने से देवी मां नाराज होती हैं|
