दूसरे घर अर्थात् धन स्थान में बैठा मंगल पैसा कमाने के मामले में बहुत समझ रखता है। लेकिन कमाए हुए पैसे को सँभालने में उसकी बुद्धि काम नहीं करती। ऐसे व्यक्ति के हाथों में पैसा तो आता है, मगर उस पैसे में बरकत नहीं होती। कभी-कभी तो पैसा बहुत मात्रा में भी आ जाता है लेकिन उसी मात्रा में पैसा अचानक हाथ से चला भी जाता है। उसकी मुट्ठियों में आया हुआ धन रेत की तरह न जाने कहाँ बिखर जाता है। अब यदि हम इसके कारण को समझें तो इसके अनेक कारण बन सकते हैं।पुराने ज्योतिषी नारायण भट्ट का विचार है कि इस घर में मंगल होने से उस व्यक्ति को धन प्राप्त हो जाने से भी क्या लाभ होगा ? वैसे ही दूसरे घर के मंगल वाला व्यक्ति, धन कमाने के बावजूद धन का सुख प्राप्त नहीं कर पाता। यह विचार केवल यह बताता है कि वह व्यक्ति अपनी बुद्धि मंद होने के कारण अपने धन को सँभाल नहीं सकता । इसी प्रकार हमारे एक अन्य पुराने ज्योतिषी कहते हैं कि-धन भाव में मंगल होने से ऐसा व्यक्ति राजपुरुषों द्वारा मोतियों की पहनाई हुई माला को साधारण सूत्र (धागा) समझकर गले से तोड़ फेंकता है, जैसे कोई बंदर तोड़ फेंकता है। उसी प्रकार वह व्यक्ति अपने कमाए धन का दुरुपयोग कर उसे नष्ट कर देता है। अब यहाँ पर ये प्रश्न पैदा होता है कि, क्या ये बुद्धि का ही हेतु है कि वह व्यक्ति धन का संचय नहीं कर सकता था ? इसके अतिरिक्त कुछ और कारण भी हो सकते हैं जिसकी वजह से वह अपना धन सँभाल नहीं पाता, या कुछ और तरह के कारण भी हो सकते हैं जिसके फलस्वरूप वह अपने हाथों से धन को नष्ट करते हुए आर्थिक तौर पर अस्थिर बना रहता है। विश्व के सर्वश्रेष्ठ ज्योतिषी के अनुसार कहा जाता है कि-दूसरे घर में मंगल होने से वह व्यक्ति अपने हृदय से उदार होने की वजह से अपने कमाये धन का बहुत हिसाब-किताब नहीं रखता और कई बार अपने धन को दूसरों पर बिना वजह खर्च कर देता है। इस कारण मेरे ख्याल से ऐसे व्यक्ति को मंदबुद्धि न कहकर उसे भोला बादशाह कहना ज्यादा ठीक है। वास्तव में, ऐसा व्यक्ति बनिए की प्रवृत्ति वाला नहीं होता। वह बेपरवाह मनुष्य है। अतः इस घर में मंगल एक ऐसा पहलवान है जो वृष राशि के स्वामी शुक्र के घर आ बैठा है। शुक्र ग्रह साज-सज्जा का कारक है। शुक्र जीवन के भोग का कारक है। दूसरे शब्दों में हम ये कह सकते हैं कि-दूसरे घर में मंगल एक ऐसा पहलवान है जो एक स्त्री के आकर्षण में बँधा हुआ, हर वक्त किसी लट्टू की तरह घूमता रहता है। किसी बनिए की तरह ज्यादा हिसाब-किताब न रखते हुए वह अपने पैसे को ऐशो-आराम के लिए खर्च करता है। इसके साथ-साथ यह भी संभव है कि वह अपने धन को अन्य दूसरी स्त्रियों पर भी खर्च करता है। लेकिन यह बात जरूर है कि - यदि इस घर में आया हुआ मंगल वक्री हो तो उस व्यक्ति की दौलत, जमीन-जायदाद नष्ट हो जाती है। अतः इस कारण से धन के लिए उसे जीवन में कई बार कष्ट उठाना पड़ता है। और ऐसे समय में दूसरों से उसे कोई सहायता भी नहीं मिलती। इस प्रकार, दूसरे घर में बैठे मंगल को ठीक-ठीक न समझते हुए उसे केवल एक बंदर या मंदबुद्धि कहना उचित नहीं। यहाँ उसके उदार होने के स्वभाव को महत्व देने और उसे समझना बहुत जरूरी है। रखता पैसा जाता अब त, धन ता है होने वागा) पैदा कता धन न वह उदार बार - ऐसे व में, घर में क ग्रह कह दूसरे घर में बैठे मंगल वाला व्यक्ति जब दूसरों की सहायता करता है तो वह अपने किसी स्वार्थ को सामने नहीं लाता। कुछ लोगों का निजी विचार है कि-दूसरे घर का मंगल मंगलीक भी होता है। किसी हद तक यह बात ठीक है, मगर पूरी तरह ठीक नहीं। ऐसी हालत में मंगलीक दोषों में एक दोष यह भी कहा है कि उसकी पत्नी की मृत्यु हो जाती है; यह बिल्कुल गलत है। यह बात दूसरी है कि-ऐसी कुंडली में किसी अन्य तरह के कारण से पत्नी की मृत्यु हो जाए। मगर उसका सारा दोष मंगल ग्रह (मंगलीक) पर डालना ठीक नहीं। शुक्र की राशि वृष में बैठा मंगल पत्नी की मृत्यु नहीं करता, क्योंकि मंगल का शुक्र के साथ संबंधित होना अशुभ फल नहीं देता। लाल किताब में मंगल-शुक्र के संबंध को 'मीठा अनार' कहा है। हम जानते हैं कि जब बच्चा पैदा होता है तो यह मंगल और शुक्र दोनों के संबंध से होता है। शुक्र ग्रह शुक्राणु का और मंगल वीर्य का कारक है। इसलिए ऐसा कहना कि-दूसरे घर के मंगलीक दोष का बहुत अशुभ फल होता है, यह ठीक नहीं। ऐसा तो हो सकता है कि जीवन में पति-पत्नी के बीच अलग-अलग रहने के मौके या कारण आ खड़े हों, और यह कारण अनेक तरह से बन सकते हैं। जैसे, किसी व्यक्ति का अचानक तबादला दूसरे शहर में हो गया, और वह अपनी पत्नी को साथ ले जाने की स्थिति में नहीं होता। तो जाहिर है कि कुछ समय तक उन्हें अलग-अलग रहना पड़े। सामान्यतः ऐसे पति-पत्नी में आपस में प्रेम होता है। दूसरा घर वाणी का भी कारक है और इस घर के मंगल का वाणी से विशेष संबंध है। इस घर में यदि मंगल के साथ बुध हो या आठवें घर से बुध की दृष्टि पड़ती हो तो बहुत बार जुबान में किसी-न-किसी प्रकार का दोष यानी वाणी में थुथलापन आ सकता है। यहाँ पर यह भी देखा गया है, यदि दूसरे घर में मंगल और बुध दोनों एक साथ हों, तो व्यक्ति में थोड़ी बहुत झूठ बोलने की आदत भी हो सकती है। ये झूठ बोलने की आदत अपनी खुदगर्जी के लिए नहीं होती, क्योंकि मंगल शुक्र की राशि में है; इस झूठ बोलने की आदत का उद्देश्य केवल अपनी स्थिति को बढ़ा-चढ़ाकर बतलाने तक ही सीमित होता है। इसके अलावा कोई दूसरा प्रयोजन नहीं रहता। ऐसे लोग अपने मुँह-मियाँ मिट्टू बनते हैं, यानी अपने छोटे-मोटे कार्यों को अपने ही मुँह से बढ़ा-चढ़ाकर प्रशंसा करने की आदत का शिकार होते हैं ? दूसरे घर में मंगल होने से यदि बुध या केतु का कोई संबंध न हो तो ऐसे व्यक्ति की भाषा में विशेष प्रकार की शक्ति पैदा होती है। ऐसा व्यक्ति किसी भी बात के हेतु को जानना चाहता है। एक अन्य ज्योतिषी श्री नारायण भट्ट के अनुसार-ऐसे व्यक्ति के साथ वाद-विवाद करने पर हारकर भागा हुआ कोई व्यक्ति दोबारा उसके सामने आने की हिम्मत नहीं करता। अगर हम और ढंग से देखें तो इस बात का अर्थ यह होगा कि-ऐसे व्यक्ति वाद-विवाद करने में कुशल होते हैं, और अच्छे वकील बन सकते हैं। इसी क्रम में 'फलदीपिका' के लेखक मंत्रेश्वर के विचार से मैं सहमत नहीं हूँ। उनका कहना है कि-'ऐसे व्यक्ति को बोलना पसंद नहीं।' लेकिन ऐसा देखने में नहीं आता। वास्तव में ये जरूर है कि ऐसा व्यक्ति एक अलग ढंग का शक्तिशाली वक्ता अवश्य होता है। लेकिन कई बार सामने वाला श्रोता उसकी कही बातों से नाराज भी हो सकता है या उसको उसकी बातें बुरी लगती हैं। अब ऐसे व्यक्ति के बारे में यह कहना कि वह बोलना पसंद नहीं करता, ऐसा अनुभव में बिलकुल नहीं आया। वास्तव में, होता क्या है कि बहुत बार ऐसा व्यक्ति अपनी बात को इस ढंग से कहता है कि वह दूसरे को नाराज कर देता है। दूसरे घर में मंगल होने के बारे में लाल किताब के अपने अनुभव हैं। अब मैं इसके बारे में थोड़ी चर्चा करूँगा। लाल किताब के अनुसार दूसरे घर में मंगल होने से वह व्यक्ति अपने भाईयों में खुद बड़ा भाई होता है और यदि ऐसा न हो तो अन्य भाईयों के साथ उसके संबंध अच्छे नहीं रहते। ये ठीक है कि जब तक वह आदमी अपने भाईयों की पालना करता रहेगा तो उसकी अपनी किस्मत में वृद्धि होती रहेगी। और ऐसे व्यक्ति के जीवन की अनेक मुश्किलें कुदरती तौर पर हल हो जाती हैं। साथ-ही-साथ, यह भी कहा गया है कि वह व्यक्ति ससुराल से दौलत पाएगा। यहाँ ससुराल से दौलत पाने का अर्थ पैसे से ही नहीं है बल्कि किसी-न-किसी रूप में उसे अपनी सुसराल से लाभ होता है। एक बात और अनुभव में आती है कि-दूसरे घर के मंगल वाला व्यक्ति जीवन में अपनी हिम्मत के बल पर ही सफल होता है। कहा गया है कि वह अपनी मेहनत से अमीर बनेगा, एक भिखारी की तरह कभी किसी के सामने हाथ नहीं फैलाएगा। यहाँ एक विशेष बात यह है कि यदि बुध भी मंगल के साथ दूसरे घर में हो तो ऐसे व्यक्ति को बुध से संबंधित कारोबार करना उसके इरादे को कमजोर कर देगा और ऐसे कारोबार से वह तबाह ही होगा। आज के जमाने के अनुसार बुध के कारोबार हैं- रेडियो, टी.वी, कंप्यूटर, घड़ी इत्यादि। कहना चाहिए कि वह चीजें जिनसे अपने आप आवाज निकलती है, वे सब बुध के अंतर्गत आती हैं। इसके अलावा हरी चीजों के कारोबार- मूँगी, हरा वस्त्र आदि । अब एक प्रश्न यह भी उठ सकता है कि-लाल किताब के पक्के घरों के अनुसार दूसरा घर शुक्र की राशि का है; जबकि इसे बृहस्पति का घर भी कहा जाता है तो यहाँ पर मंगल और शुक्र जैसे ग्रह किस प्रकार अच्छा फल देंगे ? मेष लग्न के लिए कुदरती बात है कि दूसरा घर वृष राशि आती है जो शुक्र का घर है। यहाँ मंगल का शुक्र के घर में होना एक प्रकार से शत्रु के घर में होना है, जिससे हमें यह आभास होता है कि मंगल यहाँ शुभ फल नहीं देगा। इस बात को बारीकी से समझाने के लिए इस बात को ध्यान में रखना पड़ेगा कि-लाल किताब के अनुसार दूसरा घर हमारे ससुराल का घर है। जब दूसरा घर ससुराल का घर हो गया तो जो शुक्र है वह पत्नी का कारक है और मंगल का यहाँ होना शुक्र की राशि में बुरा फल नहीं देगा। कुछ पुराने ज्योतिषियों ने इसके बारे में जिक्र किया है कि- 'क्योंकि यहाँ मंगल शुक्र के घर में है इसलिए वह आदमी दूसरी स्त्रियों से संबंध रखेगा।' यह जरूरी नहीं है। अब और तरह से देखें कि मंगल दूसरे घर में शुभ फल क्यों देता है ? इस बात को ठीक-ठीक समझाने के लिए हमें इसी बात को विशेष रूप से महत्व देना चाहिए कि दूसरा घर बृहस्पति का पक्का घर है और यह धन स्थान भी है। यहाँ बृहस्पति, धन का कुबेर है इसलिए दूसरे घर में मंगल होने से धन की प्राप्ति में कोई बुरा फल नहीं मिलता। यहाँ शुक्र ग्रह को पत्नी के रूप में या ससुराल के रूप में महत्व देंगे। लेकिन पराई स्त्रियों के संदर्भ में उसका अधिक महत्व नहीं है। इस संबंध में पुराने ज्योतिषियों ने इस बात का भी जिक्र किया है कि -मंगल के यहाँ होने से आदमी पर-स्त्रियों से संबंध रखता है और अपने धन का बहुत हिस्सा उन पर खर्च करता है। लेकिन, अनुभव में यह बात नहीं आती। मगर इतना तो अवश्य है कि-शुक्र की राशि में मंगल होने से, मैंने पहले भी जिक्र किया है कि वह आदमी शुक्र संबंधी ऐशो-आराम की चीजों पर अधिक खर्च करेगा, जैसे खाने-पीने और पहनने व सजावट पर खर्च अधिक करेगा। शुक्र का प्रभाव इस तरह से आदमी पर अवश्य पड़ता है। एक दूसरी बात है कि-दूसरे घर में मंगल होने को कुछ लोग 'मंगलीक दोष' भी मानते हैं, लेकिन मेरे अनुसार ऐसा नहीं है। पूर्ण मंगलीक दोष तो मंगल के पहले और सातवें घर में होने से बनता है। अतः दूसरे घर में मंगल होने से मंगलीक दोष तो नहीं रहता, लेकिन हाँ, यह बात जरूर है कि-ऐसे व्यक्ति के अपनी औरत से विचार पूरी तरह से नहीं मिलते। किंतु लाल किताब में जिक्र आता है कि यदि दूसरे घर में मंगल के साथ बृहस्पति हो तो ऐसे आदमी को अपने ससुराल से धन की प्राप्ति होती है। वह धन जरूरी नहीं कि वह अपने लिए खर्च करे, लेकिन वह उस धन को अपने मित्रों-संबंधियों व परिवार पर अवश्य खर्च करता है। दूसरे घर में मंगल हो और आठवें घर में केतु हो तो ऐसी स्थिति में आदमी को थोड़ी-बहुत चोटें लगती रहती हैं। आठवें घर का केतु बवासीर का कारक भी है। अतः दूसरे मंगल व आठवें केतु होने से बवासीर व गुप्तांगों के अन्य रोग होने की संभावना बढ़ जाती है। इसके अलावा आठवें केतु होने से व दूसरे घर में बैठा मंगल गले से संबंधित बीमारियाँ देता है; टॉन्सिल तक हो सकता है या टॉन्सिल न भी हो तो आमतौर पर ऐसे व्यक्ति का गला खराब ही रहता है। इस घर में मंगल के साथ बृहस्पति होने से जातक के ससुराल खानदान से अच्छे संबंध रहते हैं। दूसरे शब्दों में ऐसा जातक यदि ससुराल वालों से अच्छे संबंध रखे तो उसके भाग्य की वृद्धि होती है। इस भाव में मंगल के साथ सूर्य उत्तम फल देता है। ऐसे व्यक्ति के लिए भाईयों से अच्छे संबंध रहते हैं और लाभ होता है। यदि वह व्यक्ति जनता से संबंधित काम करता हो तो उसकी अच्छी प्रगति होती है। इन कामों में बिजली तथा पानी वितरण विभाग आदि आते हैं। इस भाव में मंगल के साथ चंद्रमा की युति को धन की दृष्टि से शुभ माना गया है। दूसरा घर, लाल किताब के अनुसार बृहस्पति का पक्का घर है और बृहस्पति धर्म और ईमानदारी का कारक है; इसलिए ऐसा व्यक्ति यदि बेईमानी से धन कमाए तो उसके लिए अशुभ फल होगा। दूसरे घर में इस लग्न के अनुसार मंगल के साथ शुक्र होने से, ससुराल घर से व्यक्ति को विशेष लाभ होता है। आमतौर पर ऐसे व्यक्ति के ससुराल का परिवार जातक की अपनी स्थिति से अच्छा होता है। इसका कारण यह है कि दूसरा घर ससुराल का कारक घर है और यहाँ पर शुक्र अपनी ही राशि में स्थित है। इस भाव में मंगल के साथ बुध होने से आदमी की आर्थिक स्थिति आमतौर पर अच्छी रहती है, किंतु यदि आठवें घर से किसी ग्रह की इस भाव पर दृष्टि पड़ती हो तो यह युति शुभ फल नहीं दे पाती। इस प्रकार व्यक्ति की आर्थिक स्थिति पर अशुभ प्रभाव पड़ता है। यहाँ पर मंगल के साथ शनि होने से जातक के विवाह के बाद ससुराल के परिवार की आर्थिक स्थिति अच्छी होने लगती है और व्यक्ति का अपना भाग्य भी विवाह के बाद पूरी तरह उदित होना आरंभ हो जाता है। इस भाव में मंगल के साथ राहु का होना अच्छा फल नहीं देता। जातक में अपने कुटुंब के लोगों से अच्छे संबंध नहीं रहने की संभावनाएँ रहती हैं। मेष लग्न के दूसरे भाव में, मंगल के साथ केतु होने से व्यक्ति की आर्थिक स्थिति में काफी उतार-चढ़ाव आते हैं। इस युति से, आमतौर पर जातक का गला खराब होने की संभावनाएँ भी रहती हैं। मेष लग्न द्वितीय भाव में मंगल के सटीक उपाय के लिए दिए गए लिंक पर क्लिक करें https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uGwnuI2rKFo
